Serving the Galilee Center with MeckMIN

Join MeckMIN and JustServe Charlotte on Saturday, September 25th from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM to paint the fence at Galilee Ministries of East Charlotte, 3601 Central Avenue, Charlotte 28205.  All painting supplies will be provided.    Just bring:

· YOURSELF

· PAINT-FRIENDLY CLOTHES

· FACE MASK

· WATER BOTTLE (optional)

Painting will take place outdoors, but masks are still strongly recommended.

Teens and older welcome! Children are able to attend, with a parent, but will paint picnic tables, not the fence.

The Galilee Ministries of East Charlotte is an exciting venture of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina providing a welcoming place of learning, service, and fellowship on the east side of Charlotte.

The building, the Galilee Center, serves as a meeting place for refugees, immigrants, and other residents of the city and hosts a variety of non-profits who provide vital services to our community.

Galilee Ministries of East Charlotte also offers support for the spiritual journey with several prayer groups and a multi-faith spirituality center. The mission is "Working together to feed body, mind, and spirit," but their motto is simply "Welcome."
