About the Event
MeckMIN invites Mecklenburg's faith community to join in the celebration of Interfaith Harmony Month during February 2026! For the first time, we invite the faith communities across our area to open their doors and welcome people of all faiths to learn, experience and appreciate the amazing diversity we have around us!
Interfaith Harmony Month celebrates us in a series of events across the month that promote and celebrate the values of interfaith bridgebuilding by providing wonderfully diverse opportunities for our communities to get to know one another in engaging ways. Over 30 events are planned spanning meals, service, learning and music! You will want to join in!
The celebration dinner on the 24th will include a proclamation by the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners, a free vegetarian dinner, a service project, music and an "Interfaith Library" from which you can check-out living books representing the 11 faith traditions that make up MeckMIN.…
