All Open Tables participants are invited to a FREE training session led by Becca Kearl, Executive Director of Living Room Conversations on how YOU can host and organize conversations that help people to come together in transformative ways even across differences and disagreements.

The Training:

Living Room Conversations offers simple conversation guides to empower communities toward belonging, allowing individuals to feel seen and heard. In this highly interactive workshop, we'll dive into the principles and design of the LRC model and build your confidence in hosting and organizing your own conversations. We'll share best practices from faith communities (including interfaith work), highlight solutions to common challenges in this work, and take time to practice with questions from conversation guides.
