About the Event

Presenter: Coury O’Donoghue, Alzheimer’s Association

For many caregivers holidays give rise to stress, frustration and anger, instead of peace and goodwill. Already feeling overwhelmed with caregiving tasks, stressed caregivers may view traditional holiday traditions of all faiths as more of a drain of precious energy than a joy. This program is designed to teach caregivers to care for themselves and their loved ones, and about safety while giving suggestions that may make holidays more enjoyable for all.
