About the Event

What would it look like if our community, regardless faith or worldview, was inspired and encouraged to come together in a way that respects different religious identities? MeckMIN believes that providing interfaith opportunities for our youth is a good start in finding shared values despite differences. We are excited about our upcoming  youth interfaith service opportunity supporting the YWCA of Central Carolinas Families Together Program on Dec 5th from 1:00pm-3:00pm.  (This event is open to youth ages 13+)

The Families Together program provides safe, affordable housing and intensive support services for families with children experiencing homelessness. Youth of all different faiths will work together in building gift bags for families in the YWCA Families Together Program.

Due to Covid-19, there will be limitations on the amount of participants as mandated by the state of North Carolina. Each participant will be required to wear a mask during this event.
