Breakfast is On!

WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2020 – 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.  – On-Line

In this challenging time, we see more clearly than ever the importance of community leaders who collaborate across difference and address social needs in our community.

We can also see the absolute necessity of the work MeckMIN does to build bridges between diverse communities as we watch people and organizations use the connections they’ve created through MeckMIN to meet the needs of their neighbors.

So, though we cannot gather together physically, we’ll still come together for the annual MeckMIN Community Leaders Awards Breakfast to honor local leaders and raise funds to support MeckMIN’s work for understanding, compassion and justice.

We’ll gather together on May 27 – most likely using Facebook Live – at 7:30 a.m.

We hope you’ll participate! Here are several ways you can help make our virtual breakfast a success:

We’ve extended the nomination deadline to APRIL 6. PLEASE nominate a person or organization you believe deserves to be honored.

Buy a table – Table sponsorships are key to the success of this annual fundraiser. Please consider sponsoring a table in the name of your house of faith, community organization, or business. You might also consider buying a table in the name of a local small business to get them much-needed advertising. A half table (4 attendees) is $250 or a full table (8 attendees) is $500.

Become a sponsor– Congregations, organizations, and businesses can also underwrite one of our two awards or be a sustaining or presenting sponsor. Please see the full list of sponsorship levels and the benefits of each:

Please join us as we celebrate and encourage some of the wonderful people and groups leading our community – and help MeckMIN to continue the work of inspiring, training, empowering and connecting interfaith leaders.
